My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The staff were sympathetic, but it felt like they were overwhelmed and unable to manage the situations I faced. Rooms were often mixed up, there were noise disturbances from parties, and overall cleanliness was lacking. While I appreciated the sympathy from some workers, it didn’t make up for the chaos. This is not a place I would choose again.
